Terms of Service
Considering that the Store sells products online;
Considering the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered through its sales channels;
This agreement aims to establish the general terms and conditions for the use and purchase of products by the customer through the website.
I - Confidentiality: the Store is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The website security is audited daily and protected against hacker activity through the “Secure Site” certification.
II - Customer Service (SAC): the customer has access to this service to resolve doubts, submit requests, or make complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. Customer Service can be contacted via telephone, WhatsApp, or email through the website.
III - Delivery Policy: the delivery timeframe for Products is informed during the purchase process and counted in business days. Product deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday. Exceptionally, some deliveries may also occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
III.I - It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the suitability of the product dimensions and ensure they are satisfied at the time of delivery, contacting Customer Service if necessary.
III.II - Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the address provided, on alternate days, with intervals of up to 48 hours between attempts. It is essential that an authorised person over the age of 18, carrying valid identification, is present at the delivery address to receive the goods and sign the delivery confirmation. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Store’s Distribution Centre.
III.III - Once the order has been completed, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request advance delivery, or prioritise shipping.
III.IV - The delivery timeframe informed during the Product purchase process takes into account stock availability, region, invoice issuance procedures, and product preparation time. With each update to the delivery status of the order, the Store’s system automatically sends email and SMS notifications to the Customer.
III.V - Shipping is free throughout the national territory.
III.VI - The Store does not authorise carriers to:

enter the customer’s residence;

install or maintain products;

open product packaging;

deliver to an address different from the one stated on the invoice;

deliver to minors or individuals without valid identification.
III.VII - The Store is not responsible for goods retained by tax authorities when such retention is exclusively due to issues attributable to the Customer. In such cases, the Customer must attend the tax office to arrange the release of the goods, as information regarding payments and releases is only provided to the interested parties.
IV - Right of Withdrawal: the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the Product under the following conditions: the withdrawal period is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product. In the event of a return, the Product must be sent back to the Store’s Distribution Centre in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice (DANFE), manual, and all accessories.
IV.I - The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC).
IV.II - Upon arrival of the Product at the Distribution Centre, compliance with the above conditions will be verified. If approved, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
IV.III - For purchases made by credit card, the card issuer will be notified and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent billing statement, in a single transaction, regardless of the number of instalments used at the time of purchase. The refund timeframe and any remaining instalment adjustments after the total refund has been processed are the responsibility of the card issuer.
